These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in private coaching. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in 1:1 coaching sessions, you agree to be bound by the following terms set forth by Libby Co.
1. Program Purpose/Overview
The purpose of 1:1 coaching is to help creative business owners grow in a way that feels aligned, inspired, and sustainable. Private sessions give you direct access to your coach and allow more in-depth conversation and mentorship.
Coaching packages are offered on a 3 or 6-month basis. Scheduling and frequency of sessions within those packages vary based on the package you choose and your agreement with Libby Co.
During your sessions, we will work together to create a plan that is most beneficial for you as you work toward your unique goals. Coaching is designed to help you create structure, momentum, and emotional clarity as you grow your business — with guidance, accountability, and support every step of the way.
All coaching, materials, and recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Confidentiality
2.1 Provider Confidentiality
Libby Co. holds your privacy with care and will not disclose personal information shared in sessions or the community unless required by law or with explicit permission from you. This includes contact information and any proprietary information related to your business.
2.2 Client Confidentiality
Everything shared during our sessions is confidential and should not be shared. This includes information shared by Libby, including strategies, processes, or business insights.
Confidential means it may not be disclosed, shared, copied, or used outside of coaching sessions.
3. Suspension & Termination of Membership
Libby Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to coaching at any time for violation of these Terms, disruptive or disrespectful conduct, or non-payment.
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Scheduling Rights & Program Format
While I will make every effort to work with you and your schedule, Libby Co. maintains full discretion over:
- Rescheduling or canceling sessions.
- Adjusting Program content or delivery methods.
No guarantees are made regarding the frequency or timing of live support. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified by email.
5. No Sharing of Access or Materials
Calls and any access to materials is for one individual. You may not share:
- Call links
- Program files or downloads
- Other materials shared by Libby within the context of our coaching relationship
Clients are strictly prohibited from:
- Bringing guests, friends, assistants, contractors, or non-paying individuals to coaching calls without express permission
- Sharing Program materials, community access, or login credentials with non-members
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Coaching Relationship
Private coaching provides individualized coaching and business mentoring — not therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.
6.1 No Guarantees of Results
Libby Co. does not guarantee:
- Sales, profits, or financial results.
- Business growth outcomes.
- Return on investment (ROI).
- Any specific performance, milestones, or achievements.
All guidance is educational and supportive in nature, and your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and participation.
Coaching works best when you’re open, engaged, and willing to take consistent steps toward your goals.
6.2 Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
All information provided is for educational purposes only.:I am not a licensed mental health professional or financial advisor. You should consult qualified professionals for financial, legal, mental health, or tax matters.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libby Co. is not liable for:
- Injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in coaching.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
- Actions or decisions taken by the Client based on Program materials.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All coaching materials—including videos, trainings, worksheets, workbooks, templates, processes, the Libby Co. goal-setting framework, and other content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Libby Co.
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, distribute, or publish materials.
- Use materials to create competing programs or services.
- Reverse-engineer or replicate my proprietary methods.
8. Commitment & Access
Coaching is purchased as a package of an agreed-upon number of sessions.
8.1 Cancellations
If you cancel a session with more than 24 hours notice, you will be awarded a makeup session at the end of our scheduled sessions.
If you cancel within 24 hours or are a no-show, you forfeit your session with no refund or option to reschedule.
You will be given 3 cancellations with makeup sessions. After that any cancellations will not be given makeup sessions.
8.2 Commitment
Upon purchase, you are committing to complete all the coaching sessions in your package.
You are committing to showing up for yourself and your growth. The transformation you’re seeking takes time, consistency, and compassion. I will hold space for you, and I ask that you keep that commitment, as well. Your presence matters here.
If you ever start questioning your commitment, please reach out before making any decisions. We’ll talk it through together, with care and honesty.
8.3 Re-entry
If you choose to step away from coaching before your current commitment is complete, you will be required to take a 6-month pause before re-joining any of Libby Co.’s coaching services. This break is meant to honor both of our time and energy—and to give you the space to reset, regroup, and come back in a way that feels fully committed and supported.
Following a 6-month pause, re-entry will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
9. Payments & Billing
9.1 General Payment Terms
By enrolling in coaching, you agree to pay the full investment amount you selected at checkout (either a one-time payment or a recurring monthly payment).
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation.
9.2 Payment Plans
Payments must be made by the due date. Your first payment must be received prior to our first scheduled session.
If you have a failed payment:
- We will issue up to three reminders via email for you to update your information.
- A grace period of up to 7 days begins after the first failed payment.
- If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, membership will be automatically terminated.
- Following the third failed payment, membership will be terminated.
If your membership is terminated due to non-payment, you will lose access to any remaining coaching sessions.
9.3 Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel your payments at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be given for unused time. Any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
Libby Co. reserves the right to cancel upcoming sessions from any client who fails to make payments, violates confidentiality, or acts in a way that disrupts the integrity of the client-coach relationship.
10. Technology Requirements
As a client, you are responsible for having:
- Reliable internet access
- The ability to use video conferencing tools
No refunds or accommodations are provided for technical issues on your side.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Libby Co., LLC is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions.
