These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Coaching Club. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in Coaching Club, you agree to be bound by the following terms set forth by Libby Co.
1. Program Purpose/Overview
Coaching Club is a group coaching membership created to help creative business owners grow in a way that feels aligned, inspired, and sustainable.
Your membership includes live workshops, group coaching calls, reflection sessions, and access to our private online community and member portal.
This program is designed to help you create structure, momentum, and emotional clarity as you grow your business — with guidance, accountability, and support every step of the way.
All coaching, materials, and recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Confidentiality
2.1 Provider Confidentiality
Libby Co. holds your privacy with care and will not disclose personal information shared in sessions or the community unless required by law or with explicit permission from you. This includes contact information and any proprietary information related to your business.
2.2 Client Confidentiality
Everything shared inside Coaching Club — including live calls, community posts, and personal discussions — is confidential and should not be shared outside the group.
As a member of the group, you also agree to maintain the confidentiality of:
- Information shared by Libby, including strategies, processes, or business insights.
- Information shared by fellow participants during group calls, community discussions, or within Program platforms.
Confidential means it may not be disclosed, shared, copied, or used outside of Coaching Club.
3. Community Standards
Kindness, respect, and inclusivity are non-negotiable values here. Members who violate these values or create a harmful environment may be removed without refund.
As a member, you agree to:
- Treat all other members with respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
- Avoid unsolicited pitching or selling to other members.
- Use constructive, non-abusive communication.
Libby Co. reserves the right to remove any member who engages in disruptive or harmful behavior, at our discretion.
Please review our Community Guidelines for more detailed expectations related to live coaching calls and the Coaching Club platform.
4. Suspension & Termination of Membership
Libby Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Coaching Club at any time for violation of these Terms, disruptive conduct, non-payment, or behavior deemed harmful to the community.
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
5. No Responsibility or Liability for Other Members’ Conduct
As your coach, I will make every effort to create a safe environment. However, each individual is responsible for their own behavior. Libby Co. will not be held responsible for the actions, behaviors, or statements of other participants.
As a member, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libby Bryant and Libby Co. from any claims, damages, or disputes arising between Clients or from interactions within or outside of Coaching Club.
6. Scheduling Rights & Program Format
Libby Co. maintains full discretion over:
- Scheduling group calls, workshops, and live events.
- Rescheduling or canceling sessions.
- Adjusting Program content or delivery methods.
No guarantees are made regarding the frequency or timing of live support. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified by email.
7. No Sharing of Access or Materials
Each membership is for one individual. You may not share:
- Login information
- Call links
- Community access
- Program files or downloads
Clients are strictly prohibited from:
- Bringing guests, friends, assistants, contractors, or non-paying individuals to Coaching Club calls or workshops without my express permission
- Sharing Program materials, community access, or login credentials with non-members.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Coaching Relationship
Coaching Club provides group coaching and business mentoring — not therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.
8.1 No Guarantees of Results
Libby Co. does not guarantee:
- Sales, profits, or financial results.
- Business growth outcomes.
- Return on investment (ROI).
- Any specific performance, milestones, or achievements.
All guidance is educational and supportive in nature, and your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and participation.
Coaching works best when you’re open, engaged, and willing to take consistent steps toward your goals.
8.2 Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
All information provided is for educational purposes only. I am not a licensed mental health professional or financial advisor. You should consult qualified professionals for financial, legal, mental health, or tax matters.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libby Co. is not liable for:
- Injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Program.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
- Actions or decisions taken by the Client based on Program materials.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Coaching Club materials—including videos, trainings, worksheets, workbooks, templates, processes, the Libby Co. goal-setting framework, and other content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Libby Co.
During your membership, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal business use only.
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, distribute, or publish materials.
- Use materials to create competing programs or services.
- Reverse-engineer or replicate my proprietary methods.
10. Commitment/Membership & Access
10.1 Membership
Your membership includes access to all Coaching Club materials, calls, and community spaces for as long as your payments remain current.
If you’d like to continue after your initial term, you’ll have the option to renew your membership.
10.1 12-Month Commitment
Coaching Club is a 12-month commitment designed for steady, sustainable growth.
This isn’t a month-to-month membership or a quick-fix program. It’s an intentional container that supports you through the real seasons of business and growth.
When you join, you’re committing to showing up for yourself, your growth, and this community for a full year. The transformation you’re seeking takes time, consistency, and compassion. This space is built to hold you through all of it.
If you ever start questioning your commitment or have a desire to leave the group, please reach out before making any decisions. We’ll talk it through together, with care and honesty.
Your presence matters here. Not just for you and your growth, but for the energy and safety of the group.
10.2 Re-Entry
If you choose to step away from Coaching Club before your year commitment is complete, you will be required to take a 6-month pause before re-joining the Program or any other coaching services. This break is meant to honor both of our time and energy—and to give you the space to reset, regroup, and come back in a way that feels fully committed and supported.
Following a 6-month pause, re-entry will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, group dynamics, and alignment with the space.
Because this community is built on trust and consistency, returning members are invited back only when it feels like the right fit for everyone involved.
11. Payments & Billing
11.1 General Payment Terms
By enrolling in Coaching Club, you agree to pay the full investment amount you selected at checkout (either a one-time payment or a recurring monthly payment).
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation. This helps maintain the integrity of the program and the shared commitment of all members.
11.2 Annual Memberships
Annual memberships must be paid in full before access to Coaching Club is granted.
11.3 Monthly Memberships
Monthly payments must be made by the due date each month. Your first payment must be received before access to Coaching Club is granted.
If you have a failed payment:

- A grace period of up to 7 days begins after the first failed payment.
- If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, membership will be automatically terminated.
- Following the third failed payment, membership will be terminated.
If your membership is terminated due to non-payment, you will lose access to Coaching Club materials immediately.
11.4 Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be given for unused time.
I reserve the right to remove any participant from Coaching Club who fails to make payments, violates confidentiality, or acts in a way that disrupts the group experience.
