When Your Ideas Start Working Against You

Creative people rarely struggle because they lack ideas.

They struggle because they have too many.

You can see multiple directions at once. You can imagine new offers before finishing the current one. You can sense potential everywhere — which means your mind is rarely quiet.

When your thinking gets crowded, growth slows.

You second-guess decisions that were clear last week. You revisit plans mid-execution. You tweak instead of ship. You open new loops before closing old ones.

It’s not a motivation problem.

It’s a clarity problem.

Coaching Club is where that mental noise gets sorted properly — not by shrinking your creativity, but by organizing it so you can actually move.

Because when your thinking gets clear, your growth strengthens.

Why Clear Thinking Changes Everything

Growth doesn’t require more ideas.

It requires clean decisions.

When your thinking sharpens, you choose faster. You execute sooner. You follow through more consistently. You stop reopening the same internal debate.

That shift alone changes your results.

Not because you pushed harder — but because you stopped scattering your energy in ten directions at once.

Clear thinking doesn’t make you smaller.

It makes you focused.

And focus compounds.

Why This Works Differently

Most coaching rooms do one of two things.

They either prescribe a system and expect you to follow it — or they give you more ideas, more tactics, more to-dos.

Both can sound helpful.

But if the strategy isn’t aligned with how you actually think and work, you’ll resist it. And if you leave with more to manage, your mind gets louder — not clearer.

That’s not how I coach.

When you bring me a situation, I’m not asking, “What would I do?”

I’m asking, “What is the cleanest, most aligned path from where you are to where you want to go?”

Sometimes that means a custom strategy that fits you perfectly.

Sometimes it means removing half the plan you thought you needed.

Sometimes it means realizing the fastest way forward is simpler than you’ve been making it.

I’m not interested in adding more.

I’m interested in finding the clearest route to your goals — with the least unnecessary friction and the most forward motion.

Clear thinking isn’t about intensity.

It’s about alignment.

And alignment moves faster than force ever will.

Meet Your Coach

For over eight years, I’ve coached creative entrepreneurs through the messy middle of growth — the season where ideas multiply, pressure rises, and decisions start to wobble.

Before I ever taught this, I lived it.

There was a period in my own business where I had vision, drive, and endless strategy — but no clarity. I would refine offers, rewrite plans, consume new methods, and still feel like I was circling instead of building. My thinking was busy, not sharp.

What changed wasn’t a new tactic.

It was learning how to think cleanly under pressure.

To isolate what mattered.
To remove what didn’t.
To hold decisions long enough to let them compound.

That shift didn’t just increase revenue. It stabilized my growth.

Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of creative entrepreneurs through that same turning point — helping them strengthen how they think, choose, and execute so their growth reflects their actual capacity.

I don’t coach from hype.
I coach from precision.

And precision builds businesses that last.

Why a Group Makes This Work

Clear thinking isn’t just about talking.

It’s about perspective.

In a group, you hear patterns you can’t see in yourself.

You recognize your own thinking in someone else’s situation.

You watch a problem get untangled — and realize yours isn’t as complicated as it felt.

Instead of being alone inside your head, you’re in a room where perspective multiplies.

And that speeds everything up.

What This Looks Like in Real Life

Growth inside Coaching Club doesn’t show up as hype.

It shows up as cleaner decisions, stronger execution, and measurable progress.

Cleaner Decisions. Stronger Momentum.

I’ve seen so much growth over the time I’ve been in Coaching Club.

Having somebody to ask about anything – whether it’s pricing, proposals, or weird situations – is really helpful, especially for entrepreneurs who are doing this alone.

I never want to leave!

I just had a really rough year, and I didn’t pop into Coaching Club at all.

Then, in the first month, I really recommitted to Coaching Club and made meetings and checking in with Libby nonnegotiable, and I smashed my goals.

I now trust my voice, make decisions with clarity, and embrace my role as an expert in my industry!

How Coaching Club Works

Coaching Club isn’t random access to advice.

It’s a consistent space where your thinking gets sharpened on purpose.

Here’s how that works.

Weekly Live Coaching

Each week, a small number of members receive focused coaching on what they’re navigating right now — pricing decisions, offer pivots, messy client dynamics, leadership friction, revenue plateaus.

You bring the real situation.

We slow it down.

We isolate what matters.

We untangle what’s noise.

You either get coached directly, or you learn through situations that mirror your own.

Nothing is hypothetical.

You leave with fewer questions and clearer next steps — not more to think about.

Monthly Strategic Alignment

Once a month, we zoom out.

Instead of chasing every idea or reacting to every opportunity, we clarify what actually moves your business forward in this season.

What deserves focus?

What is distraction?

What needs to be decided — and what can wait?

This is where your thinking gets organized at a higher level, so your energy isn’t scattered across ten directions.

Clear priorities create clean execution.

Monthly Reflection & Evaluation

Growth compounds when you pause long enough to see what’s actually working.

We look at what’s producing results, what’s draining momentum, and what needs adjustment before it turns into a bigger issue.

Reflection isn’t about overanalyzing.

It’s about correcting your thinking before small misalignments become expensive ones.

This is how growth stays steady instead of dramatic.

Support Between Calls

Questions don’t wait politely for next week.

When something feels tangled mid-week, you have space to bring it forward and get perspective.

Clear thinking shouldn’t depend on perfect timing.

You’re supported inside real-time growth — not just during scheduled sessions.

Access & Support Between Calls

Inside our private online space, you can:

  • Ask questions between sessions
  • Get feedback on real-time decisions
  • Connect with thoughtful creative entrepreneurs
  • Store your planning and evaluation work in private, organized rooms

If something sensitive comes up, you have a private space to process it safely.

You are not left to your own devices between calls.

Why This Is a 12-Month Commitment

Clear thinking isn’t a one-time insight.

It’s a muscle.

Over a year, you move through real seasons of business — launches, pivots, plateaus, personal shifts — with steady perspective.

Instead of reacting emotionally to every fluctuation, you learn to think through them cleanly.

You’re not just solving isolated problems.

You’re upgrading how you think about your business.

And that changes what you build.

This isn’t about intensity.

It’s about continuity.

Because continuity builds capacity — and capacity builds growth.

FAQs

Coaching Club is made up of thoughtful, creative business owners who care deeply about what they’re building, but don’t want to do it alone anymore.

People join at different stages: some are newer, some are more established, some are rebuilding or re-orienting. What they have in common isn’t revenue or titles, it’s a desire for clarity, steadiness, and support that actually feels good.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be open, kind, and willing to show up honestly. If you’re craving a space that feels grounded, judgment-free, and genuinely supportive, you’ll fit right in.

You’re likely a great fit if:

  • You’re past the “just starting” phase

  • You’ve already tried building momentum—and know what isn’t working

  • You’re ready for nuanced conversations about clarity, structure, growth, and sustainability

If you still feel unsure, that’s okay. The question isn’t “Do I feel confident?” It’s “Am I actively building something and ready for deeper support?”

And if you’re on the fence, you’re always welcome to reach out before joining.

Nope. There are no minimum revenue requirements and no “right” kind of business model. That said, Coaching Club is not designed for brand-new businesses.

To get the most out of the experience (and to keep the group supportive for everyone), it’s recommended that you:

  • Have been in business for at least 18 months

  • Have a clear offer or service you’re actively selling

  • Be committed to the direction of your business (even if it needs refining)

This ensures conversations stay focused on growth, refinement, and decision-making, rather than early-stage setup or exploration.

If you’re earlier than this, Guided to Growth is usually a much better place to start.

Coaching Club is intentionally small and capped at 20 people.

That’s not arbitrary. It’s because I care deeply about knowing the people inside this space.

This size allows:

  • Real relationships to form between members

  • The group to feel safe, familiar, and intimate

  • Me to have the time and capacity to truly understand your business, patterns, and goals, and coach you thoughtfully

This isn’t a crowd. It’s a room where people recognize each other, learn from one another, and feel genuinely supported.

You’ll receive weekly live group coaching with me, plus ongoing support between calls.

Each week includes:

  • Live coaching where you can ask questions, get feedback, or be coached directly

  • Hot seats and real-time problem solving

  • Support navigating decisions as they come up—not weeks later

Some weeks you’ll be coached directly. Other weeks you’ll learn just as much by listening, reflecting, and applying what you hear. Either way, you’re never “on your own” trying to figure things out.

Coaching Club is designed to give you consistent support without taking over your schedule.

Here’s the monthly rhythm:

  • Weekly live group coaching calls: 1.5 hours each (typically 3-4 calls/month)

  • Monthly planning call: about 1 hour

  • Monthly evaluation call: about 1 hour

So most months, you’ll have about 7 hours of live support (and in months with 5 Thursdays, it’s closer to 8.5 hours).

Between calls, you also have optional support inside the private space if questions come up, but the live calls are the core program component.

Most members find that this time pays for itself quickly, because it replaces hours of spiraling, overthinking, and trying to solve everything alone.

Weekly Coaching Calls:
Thursdays at 11:00am US Mountain Standard Time

Monthly Planning + Evaluation Calls:
One Tuesday a month at 11:00am US Mountain Standard Time is a planning call. Those usually fall at the beginning or end of the month.

We keep the timing consistent, so it becomes a steady part of your rhythm,  not something you have to constantly rearrange your week for.

No.

Coaching Club is built around consistency, not perfection.

You’re not required to attend every single session. Life happens. Work gets busy. Seasons shift.

That said, the members who grow the most are the ones who show up regularly and engage with the process.

You’ll always have access to the structure and support, and you can participate in a way that fits your season.

Coaching Club is a 12-month commitment.

That’s intentional. Real growth, especially the kind that sticks, takes time. This isn’t about quick fixes or short bursts of motivation. It’s about building clarity, confidence, and momentum over time, with consistent support along the way.

The year creates safety, depth, and space to actually integrate what you’re learning.

Yes. You can choose:

  • Pay in full: $6,500

  • Monthly payments: $650/month for 12 months

Both options give you full access to Coaching Club.

Yes! Many people do.

After your first year, you’re welcome to renew if Coaching Club still feels supportive for where you are. Some members stay for multiple years as their business evolves, goals shift, and new seasons emerge.

There’s no pressure, just an option to continue if it still fits.

My style is calm, honest, emotionally aware, and practical. I’m not pushy, loud, or pressure-based. I won’t shame you, rush you, or try to turn you into someone you’re not.

If you’re looking for hype, aggressive tactics, or someone to tell you exactly what to do no matter what, I’m probably not a good match.

If you want thoughtful guidance, real conversation, and support that meets you where you are, you’ll likely feel very at home.

You’re always in charge.

Coaching Club isn’t about following rules or doing things “the right way.” It’s about helping you understand your options, feel into what fits, and make decisions you trust.

You’ll never be forced to do anything. My role is to guide, reflect, and offer perspective, not to override your instincts.

This is a collaborative space. Your agency matters.
