Where does self sabotaging behavior come from, and how can you put an end to it?
In this video, I walk you through why self sabotage happens, what you need to know about it and how you can recognize and shift your thoughts to continue moving toward your goal.

Put simply, self sabotage is when you’re participating in behavior that doesn’t serve you or your goal.
That may not sound like a big deal, but it’s the difference between living the life you want or not.
This type of behavior comes from an unconscious thought (or multiple unconscious thoughts) that drive your behavior.
For example, you have a goal to grow your social media following, but the fear of being seen and possibly hurt is greater than your desire to reach your goal. You hide away and, as a result, attract no new followers.
These unconscious thoughts go deep. They are more ingrained and more powerful than your desire to do something different.
They’re the default.
And if you want a different result, you need to DO something different.
That’s what I’m diving into in this workshop. Simple steps to identify the self sabotaging behavior and the thoughts that are driving it, identify new (more helpful) thoughts, build belief and take action toward your goal.

It will be work to change the thoughts and automatic patterns – but once they shift it’s easy to maintain if you’ve done it effectively.
